I only want to have a site

They had taken off my site and I want in return, I I promise that my site goes to have 100 visits more than please places it in return in air.

You have to download all your files and your datebase, in case that you don't have it.
Then erase the web, in http://miarroba.com/espacio/cpanel.php "borrar" at the bottom.
And then create the site again... as you made the frist time.
