Pues eso mismo : subo mi phpnuke 7.0 , pongo la base de datos y pongo ese config.php y cuando voy a ver me sale "error 404 de mi@" si quieres miralo tu : http://hvp.webcindario.com

Yo antes subi dos phpnuke y me dieron al instante , de todas maneras es que ya llevo 2 dias esperando :s
