el problema no es tuyo sino del script pop3.php de mi@ que tendrán que modificar y ha surgido por actualizarse a una versión más reciente de php por lo que algunos scripts anteriores tienen que modificarse para seguir funcionando; en este caso, creo, los warnings nos dicen que no se pueden utilizar llamadas a funciones de este tipo:

nombre_funcion(&nombre_variable);

mientras no tomen cartas en el asunto estaremos sin mail() en mi@
