hay niveles para poner para acceder a la fisgona? q un usuario con 0 mensajes por ejemplo no pueda entrar....?

Entra en Administración de tu foro, Preferencias, Seguridad y donde dice Nivel para ver la fisgona: pon tú el nivel.

Siempre y cuando tengas niveles de Usuarios claro está.

He revisado lo de fisgona con niveles y me parece una cosa muy util.

Solo encuentro un problema, en mi foro  (https://subaruaventuras.mforos.com/)  ha desaparecido esa opcion de activar o de que se vea la fisgona, al menos no se encontrarlo, anteriormente si salia la opcion de ver la fisgona.

¿Podeis ayudarme o guiarme para que se pueda volver a ver?... muchas gracias

Para ver el fisgona solamente tienes que crear un encabezado, o un mensaje nuevo en lo alto del foro, que tenga la dirección de tu foro y le añades /spy

Ejemplo: https://subaruaventuras.mforos.com/spy/

Naturalmente ahora nadie lo puede ver si no lo tienes activado desde administración para que lo vea todo el mundo.
