Ayudenme con este texto en una tabla HTML.

Hola, estoy haciendo una pagina web pero un texto que esta en una tabla comeinza desde el medio y no lo puedo hacer que comienze desde el principio.

aqui les dejo el codigo.

aqui una imagen del problema.

en donde se ve el texto seleccionado es el error. deberia de comenzar desde arriba pero aparece en el medio.
